Solomon Barnes 
Solomon was born in 1752 in Orange Co., NC. Solomon's father was Brinsley+ Barnes and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Barry+ Lindley. His paternal grandparents were John William+ Barnes and Martha Sarah+ Brinsley; his maternal grandparents were James Lindley and Eleanor Parke. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Zeke, James B., Brinsley, Mary and Anne+. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 55 on February 9th, 1807 in Wilkes Co., NC.General Notes
