Rowland Wheeler 
Rowland was born in 1748 in Bedford Co, Va (formed 1753 from Albemarle Co/ Lunenburg Co.).1 Rowland's father was John Wheeler and his mother is Unknown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Archelaus\Archer, Thomas, Benjamin, John, Samuel and Sarah "Sally".
