Cecilia (Cicely) De was born about 1253 in Of, Hatch, Somersetshire, England.  Cecilia (Cicely) De's father was William "Fort" De Vivonne and her mother was Maud (Matilda) De Ferrers.  Her maternal grandparents were William de Ferrers 7 E Derby and Sibyl Marshall. She had a sister named Joan De.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died on January 10th, 1320 in , Stoke-Under-Hamden, Somersetshire, England.  She was buried in Fort In Poitore.
