Hrollaug Ragnvaldssøn

Hrollaug was born about 0854 in of Maer, Nord-Trondelag, Norway.  Hrollaug's father was Ragnvald I Eysteinssøn "the Wise" Jarl of Maer and his mother is Groa. He had two brothers named Hallad Ragnvaldssøn and Turf-Einar Ragnvaldssøn.  He is the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers named Hrollager (Hrollaug), Thori Ragnvaldsson the Silent, Ivar and Rolf (Rollo) "Wend-a-Foot".
