Phillip Lough 
Phillip was born in 1793 in , , Virginia, USA. Phillip's father was George Peter Lough and his mother was Barbara Seals. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Adam, John, George, Peter, Edward, John, Mary, Eva, Elizabeth and Barbara. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
