Jachin Hoyt 
Jachin was born on October 21st, 1753 in South Salem, now Lewisboro, n.y.. Jachin's father was Abram Hoyt and his mother is Dorothy Keeler. His paternal grandparents are Daniel Hoyt and Elizabeth Keeler; his maternal grandfather was Daniel Keeler and his maternal grandmother is Hannah Whitney. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Abel, Daniel Keeler, Hannah, Isabel, Mary, Patty and Polly. He died at the age of 80 in 1833.General Notes
Born at South Salem, now Lewisboro, New York, on the state line, just below the north-west corner of the town of Wilton, Conn.; bap. at New Canaan, Conn, 21Oct. 1753.
