Sarah Hadley 
Sarah was born on October 1st, 1801 in Chatham Co., North Carol.1 Sarah's father was James Hadley and her mother was Ann Underwood. Her paternal grandparents were Jeremiah (Joshua) Hadley and Mary Dickey. She had four brothers and six sisters, named James, Jeremiah, John C., Joshua D., Edith, Mary D., Tamar, Margaret, Anna and Jane. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 74 in June 1876.1 -
