Edhilda  of England was born about 0908 in Wessex, England.  Edhilda  of England's father was King 'the Elder' Saxon King of England Edward I and her mother was Queen (Edgiva) of England of Kent Eadgifu.  Her paternal grandparents were King of All England Alfred 'the Great' and Queen (Ethelswida) of the Gaini Ealhswith; her maternal grandparents are Earl of Kent Sigehelm and Elfrida. She had two brothers and five sisters, named of England, "The Magnificent" King of England, Elfridam, Eadgifu, (Adele) or Edgiva (Eadgifu) of England, Edith and [Edith] of England.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  She died on January 26th, 0946 in France.
