Jr. John Critton 
John was born about 1759 in Hampshire County, West Va. John's father was Sr. John Chritton and his mother was Mary. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Isaac, Gabriel, James, Jacob, Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died in 1818 in Hampshire County, West Va.
