Reginald De was born about 1175 in Cornwall, England.  Reginald De's father was William De Boterell and his mother was Isabel De Say Lady of Clun.  His maternal grandparents are Helias (Ingram) De Say Lord of Cluny and <Unnamed>. He had a brother named William De. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William, Robert De, Christina, Agnes, Petronil and Alianore.  He died before 1272.
