Roy Pitt was born in 1876 in Tennessee.1 Roy Pitt's father was Fielding Gray Westmoreland and his mother was Elizabeth Thomas Redus. His maternal grandparents were Calvin A. Redus and Sarah Elizabeth Grigsby. He had a brother named Martin Redus. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 58 on December 10th, 1934.1 General Notes
