James Thomas West 
James Thomas was born on August 31st, 1868.1 James Thomas' father was Jacob West and his mother was Mary Jane Wood. His paternal grandfather was James Hampton West and his paternal grandmother is Jane Ann Unknown. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Johhny, Joseph Lawrence, Wade Hampton, William Crawford, Benny, Danny, George Washington, Jake, Mary and Mentie. They had a daughter named Barbara Jane.

Barbara Jane was born on August 29th, 1890 in Pleasonton, Texas.1 She died at the age of 85 on August 21st, 1976 in Andrews, Texas. She was buried on August 25th, 1979 in Pond Creek Cem., Grant Co., Oklahoma.1 1
