Nancy was born in 1772 in Halifax Co., Virginia.1 Nancy's father was James Warren and her mother was Sarah Link. Her paternal grandfather was John Warren and her paternal grandmother is Mary Rogers. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Isaac, James, John, Larkin, Boswell, William, Elielly, Lucrita, Sarah and Fanny. She is the sixth youngest of the twelve children.General Notes
