Fanny was born in 1780 in Halifax Co., Virginia.1 Fanny's father was James Warren and her mother was Sarah Link. Her paternal grandfather was John Warren and her paternal grandmother is Mary Rogers. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Isaac, James, John, Larkin, Boswell, William, Nancy, Elielly, Lucrita and Sarah. She is the youngest of the twelve children.General Notes
