Lewis S. was born on December 24th, 1858 in Green, KY.1 Lewis S.'s father is Paschal C. Warren and his mother was Letitia Skaggs. His paternal grandparents were William Patrick Warren and Rachel Skaggs; his maternal grandfather was Matthew Skaggs and his maternal grandmother is Mary Catherine Long.
