Creed Artis Warren

Creed Artis was born on October 24th, 1915 in Kentucky.¹ Creed Artis' father was Leslie Wesley Warren and his mother is Arrelda Warren. His paternal grandfather was Wesley Warren and his paternal grandmother is Louisa Elkin; his maternal grandparents were Lewis Charles, Rev. Warren and Celia A. Perkins. He had a brother and a sister, named Everett and Shirley. He had two half-sisters named Nettie Lissie and Stella Belle. He died at the age of 58 on December 25th, 1973 in Kentucky.¹
