William Fletcher Underwood 
William Fletcher was born in 1851 in Greenbrier Co., West Virginia.1 William Fletcher's father is Gabriel Underwood and his mother was Bridget Cochran. His paternal grandparents are Elijah Underwood and Betsy Wade. He had a brother and six sisters, named Thomas Lee, Rebecca, Sarah, Elizabeth M., Biddy, Virginia and Margaret.
