Mary Jane Underwood 
Mary Jane was born on October 25th, 1850 in Kentucky.1 Mary Jane's father was Lafayette Underwood and her mother is Ellenoar Scott. Her paternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Rousseau, Thomas, Celia, Nancy A., Lydia and Sallie. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 69 on December 5th, 1919 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
