Eva Maye Underwood 
Eva Maye was born on April 25th, 1905 in Sullivan , Missouri.1 Eva Maye's father was John Thornton Underwood and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Elliott. Her paternal grandfather is William A. Underwood and her paternal grandmother was Nancy Nelson. She had five brothers named William Edgar, Malcolm Lee, Ivy Oriel, Archie Elliott and Sanford Thomas. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 89 on September 30th, 1994 in Centerline, Illinois.1 General Notes
