Joseph Allen Tatum 
Joseph Allen was born in 1861.1 Joseph Allen's father was James Herbert Tatum and his mother was Sarah Amanda Davidson. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Davidson and Emma Selina Hart. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named James Edward, Robert Ernest, Caroline (Callie), Lula May, Frances Davidson, Mary Annie Elisabeth, Martha Emma, Sarah Esmond, Valentina (Vallie) and Margaret Ellen.
