Howard Otis Stallings

Howard Otis was born in 1922.¹ Howard Otis' father is Arthur Jefferson Stallings and his mother was Rue Ina Basham. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Lawrence Basham and Joann Crosby. He had two sisters named Beulah Faye and Living. He died about 1938.¹
