Victoria P. was born about 1861.1 Victoria P.'s father was Alexander M. Stafford and her mother was Artemesia Wheeler. Her maternal grandparents were Robert L.Wheeler and Mariah Elizabeth Campbell. She had a brother and five sisters, named James Franklin, Florence Augusta, Anna Mariah, Emma A., Fleda and Alice Abigail. She is the oldest of the seven children.General Notes
