Mariah Elizabeth Campbell

Mariah Elizabeth was born on August 10th, 1800 in Williamson Co., Tennessee.¹   Mariah Elizabeth's father was John Campbell and her mother was Eleanor Denton.  Her maternal grandparents are Joseph Denton and Wife Unknown. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, John, Jr., William, Elizabeth and Susan M..  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 89 on February 27th, 1890 in McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois.¹ 

‌Mariah Elizabeth and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony on August 12th, 1819 in Maury Co., Tennessee.¹   They had two sons and two daughters, named William, John, Nancy T. and Elizabeth Adaline.

‌Mariah Elizabeth and Robert were married in a religious ceremony on February 23rd, 1837 in Hamilton Co., Illinois.¹   They had two daughters named Pernecy and Artemesia.
