David Snider 
David was born on July 15th, 1844 in Vermilion Co., Illinois.1 David's father was David Snider and his mother was Sarah Mary Tipton. His paternal grandparents were Moses Snider and Elizabeth Little. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John L., Isaac, William, Bowman, Mary, Hannah and Melvina. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 83 on August 28th, 1927 in Linn Co., Kansas. He was buried in Battlefield Cemetery, Sheridan Township, Linn Co., Kansas.1 1 General Notes
