Burwell Smith

Burwell was born about 1837 in South Carolina.¹   Burwell's father was Alexander Smith and his mother was Frances Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named Hugh, Samuel, Hermon, Alfred and Louisa.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died after 1850.¹
