William S. Skaggs 
William S. was born in 1845 in Kentucky.1 William S.'s father was William Bustle' Skaggs and his mother is Martha M. Perry. His paternal grandparents were William Skaggs and Mary Simpson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Fields, John Henry, Nancy, Lucreasy, Pauline and Martha Ellen. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
