Riley Skaggs 
Riley was born in November 1877 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Riley's father was Isaac Thomas Skaggs and his mother is Mary Elizabeth Sidebottom. His paternal grandparents were Moses Madison Skaggs and Winifred Salsman. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Henry B., Etta, Elizabeth Ann, Matilda J., Winnie S., Lavina L., Nancy E. and Priscilla Mintie. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 in 1957 in Bauxite, Saline Co., Arkansas.1 General Notes
