Elizabeth Ann Skaggs 
Elizabeth Ann was born on August 25th, 1869.1 Elizabeth Ann's father was Isaac Thomas Skaggs and her mother is Mary Elizabeth Sidebottom. Her paternal grandparents were Moses Madison Skaggs and Winifred Salsman. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Henry B., Riley, Etta, Matilda J., Winnie S., Lavina L., Nancy E. and Priscilla Mintie. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 90 on December 17th, 1959 in Arkansas.1 General Notes
