Nancy Skaggs 
Nancy was born on December 12th, 1789 in Russell Co., Virginia.1 Nancy's father was Jeremiah Skaggs and her mother was Hannah Lester. Her paternal grandfather was James Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Mary Unknown. She had two brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Martha, Lydia and Hannah. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Matthew, William Henry, Stephen, Mary Elizabeth, Lydia and Rebecca. She died at the age of 28 on October 23rd, 1818.1 General Notes
