Jane Skaggs 
Jane was born in 1844.1 Jane's father was Henry C. Skaggs and her mother was Virginia Jane Underwood. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Skaggs and Jincy Jane Martin; her maternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. She has three sisters named Nancy, Celia and Polly A.. She is the second oldest of the four children. She has a half-brother and five half-sisters, named John F., Unknown, Matilda, Mary Louise, Martha and Arabella.General Notes
