Forster Skaggs 
Forster was born in October 1872.1 Forster's father was James Thomas Skaggs and his mother was Martha F. Price. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Skaggs and Rhoda Warren. He had a brother and a sister, named John Thomas and Bettie. He had two half-brothers named Lloyd and Arabel. He died at the age of 77 on July 15th, 1950.1 General Notes
