Bobby Newton Skaggs 
Bobby Newton was born in 1934.1 Bobby Newton's father was John Brown Young Skaggs and his mother was Bertha Ermine Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Beverly L. Skaggs and Mary Francis DeSpain; his maternal grandparents were John Thomas Johnson and Emma Green Skaggs. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Willian Elmer, Jake, Hicks, Dorothy Louise, Bunk, Pat and Juanita. He died at the age of 47 in 1981.1 General Notes
