Archibald Skaggs 
Archibald was born on January 1st, 1759 in South Carolina.1 Archibald's father was Charles Skaggs and his mother was Lucinda Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown; his maternal grandparents are John Thompson and Mary Unknown. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Frederick, Thomas Thompson, Moses David, James, Rachel, Nancy, Semy Temperence, Sarah, Mary Polly and Polly. He died at the age of 74 on April 21st, 1833 in Adair Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
