Donald Burton was born on June 26th, 1901 in Dayton Township, Richland Co., Wisconsin.1 Donald Burton's father was James Freeman Shannon and his mother is Caroline Propp. His paternal grandfather is Warner Shannon and his paternal grandmother was Nancy Ellen Endicott. He had a brother named Milford Leroy. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 83 on May 24th, 1985 in Richland Co., Wisconsin.
