Evert Joshaway Ritchie

Evert Joshaway was born on September 2nd, 1913 in Ritchie, Knott Co., Kentucky.¹ Evert Joshaway's father was Isaac Burton Ritchie and his mother was Angeline Owens. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Ritchie and Nancy Hall. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Stanley, Isaac Burton Willard, Netta and Cassie. He is the third oldest of the five children.
