Ada Grigsby Redus 
Ada Grigsby was born in 1856 in Alabama.1 Ada Grigsby's father was Calvin A. Redus and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth Grigsby. Her maternal grandparents were James Grigsby and Margaret Martindale. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Willie A., Walter Pitt, James Calvin, Margaret Laura and Elizabeth Thomas. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 90 on April 30th, 1946.1 General Notes
