Gail Eugene was born on June 17th, 1914 in Imperial Valley, Califorina.1 Gail Eugene's father was Thomas Ford Price and his mother was Elisa Julia Seeberger. His paternal grandparents were William Samuel Price and Francis May McGee Johnston. He had a sister named Georgia Mae. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 53 on April 4th, 1968 in HARRIS. He was buried in Hollywood Cemetery, Houston, Harris Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
