Fredrick H. was born on December 21st, 1866 in Germany.1 Fredrick H.'s father was Karl Peters and his mother was Sophie Kirgeleis. He had two brothers and a sister, named Carl Heinrich A., George and Sophie M.. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 37 on December 16th, 1904 in DeWitt Co., Texas.
