Melvin Peninger 
Melvin was born in 1881.1 Melvin's father is John Watt Peninger and his mother was Donana A. (Donnie) Bassham. His maternal grandparents were Joseph P. Basham and Sarah A. Bell. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Claude, Hal, Effie, Maud and Pearl. He died at the age of 66 in 1947.1 General Notes
