Carl Elgin Pendley

Carl Elgin was born in 1915.¹ Carl Elgin's father was Clarence M Pendley and his mother is Gertie Margaret Bryant. His paternal grandparents were Steven Philip Pendley and Julia Bell Sharber. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Roy L, Living, Mary Louise, Geraldine, Pearl Evelyn and Ruby R. He died in 1915.¹
