William 'Willis' Neal 
William 'Willis' was born on June 9th, 1817 in Chatam Co., North Carolina.1 William 'Willis''s father was Younger, Jr. Neal and his mother was Larany Susanna Harrington. His maternal grandparents were Philemon Harrington and Francis Fanny Harman. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jonathan, Robert, Joseph, Elizabeth, Elmira P., Frances and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 on September 9th, 1895 in Crawford Co., Arkansas.1 General Notes
