Samuel Josiah Miller

Samuel Josiah was born on November 19th, 1881 in Elmer, Rapides Parish , Louisana.¹ Samuel Josiah's father was Josiah S. Miller and his mother is Eliza Theodocia Swindall. His paternal grandparents were Josiah Miller and Mary Patience Smith. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James Travis, Jesse, John Newton, Joel, Arthur Lee, Edwin Bethard, Sarah Emma and Francis Elizabeth. He is the second oldest of the nine children.
