Edward Wood Miles 
Edward Wood was born on August 10th, 1886.1 Edward Wood's father was Samuel Dennis Miles and his mother was Susan Elizabeth Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were John Tyler Skaggs and Mary Jane Underwood. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James Mason, John Eli, Albert Rufus, Claudis Dewy, Sarah Augusta, Rosa Eula and Effie Florence. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 84 on November 27th, 1970. He was buried in Tecumseh Mission / Cemetery, Pottatomie Co. Oklahoma.1 1 General Notes
