Samuel B. was born in 1827 in Horry Co., South Carolina.1 Samuel B.'s father was William J. McQueen and his mother is Susannah Graham. His paternal grandparents are Daniel McQueen and Susannah Garrell; his maternal grandparents were William,Esquire Graham and Elizabeth Bellamy. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Daniel Jenkins, Alexander W., Cornelius, George W. C., James R., Margaret Ann Johnston and Susannah. He died in Milam Co., Texas. He was buried in Coffield Ranch Cemetery, Miliam Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
