Hester Alene was born on August 6th, 1941 in Kermit, Winkler Co., Texas.1 Hester Alene's father was William Robert McCorcle and her mother was Helen Labelle Harris. Her paternal grandparents were Dean Phoenix McCorcle and Hattie Perpie Belyeu. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William Roy, Living, Living and Living. She had a half-brother named Robert Dean. She died at the age of 39 in November 1980 in Odessa, Ector Co., Texas. She was buried in Kermit, Winkler Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
