Willis was born in 1799 in WARREN COUNTY, KY OR NORTH CARO.1 Willis' father was Willis McCOY and his mother was Holland McCOY. He had three sisters named Elizabeth E, Mary M and Theresa. He died at the age of 47 in 1846.1 General Notes
