Jasper Mortimer Maxey 
Jasper Mortimer was born on December 21st, 1858 in BUTLER COUNTY, KY.1 Jasper Mortimer's father was James Goodson Maxey and his mother was Prudence Thornton. His paternal grandparents were Edward Maxey and Judy White. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Edward, Preston, Richard E, Lucy A, Mary A and Sarah L. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Rufus W, Ivan A and Marada J. He died at the age of 83 on February 10th, 1942 in FORT WORTH, TEXAS.1 -
