Joseph Martin 
Joseph was born in 1652 in Dover , Strafford, NH..1 Joseph's father was John Martin and his mother was Esther 'Hester' Roberts. His paternal grandfather was John Martin and his paternal grandmother is Suzan Hemertin; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Rebecca Hilton. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Benjamin, Thomas, Thomas, James, Mary, Martha, Lydia and Mather. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 in 1732 in Piscataway, Middlesex, New Jersey.1 General Notes
