Benjamin Martin 
Benjamin was born in 1800 in Virginia.1 Benjamin's father was John Brady Martin and his mother was Mellison Manning. His paternal grandfather was Reuben Martin and his paternal grandmother is Mary Van Buren. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Reuben, Manning D., Squire Dille, Presley, Simeon, Francis, Mary, Margaret and Lucinda.
