William Cole Manning 
William Cole was born on March 13th, 1903 in Coryell, Co., Texas.1 William Cole's father was William Franklin Manning and his mother was Phebe Olivia Powell. His paternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. He had a brother and four sisters, named Marion Monroe, Mamie Mae, Mattie Lee, Martha Elizabeth and Carrie Nation. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 97 on September 5th, 2000 in Odessa, Ector Co., Texas.1 General Notes
